Sarasota Jungle Gardens returns policy applies to all items purchased in the gift shop and at SarasotaJungleGardens.com website. We will accept new, unopened item(s) in their original packaging with any accessories sold within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Original receipt must be provided as proof of purchase. Refunds will be processed usually within 3 or 4 days after we receive the item(s) in person or in the mail. Refunds will be processed according to the original form of payment only, less any shipping charges.
We will replace item(s) only with an exact same, if it was damaged or otherwise defective upon receipt. Please send an email to Marketing@SarasotaJungleGardens.com within 7 days of receipt so that a return authorization may be issued with further instructions. Items must be shipped back to us at the purchaser's expense utilizing a nationally recognizable shipper such as UPS, USPS or similar. Items must be insured and we do not accept liability for items shipped but not received by us.
Clothing may be exchanged or returned only if unused, unworn, unwashed and with original tags in place. Clothing may be exchanged for the exact same or similar item (different size or color) only. If replacement item is out of stock, then a refund will be issued instead.
We do not offer returns or refunds on Daily Admission tickets, Gift Certificates, Annual Passes, Adopt an Animal, Birthday Party Packages, Tributes and Memorials, Special Event Admissions, Corporate Events, Zoo Camp, Flamingo Food, Animal Holding tickets, Community Programs and Private Animal Presentations.
